policies.
These terms help protect your date, your design, and the time that goes into every order.
Booking & payment
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is due at booking. Your date is not reserved until it is received. The remaining balance is due two days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Cancellations
Customer cancellations must be made at least five days before the order date. Retainers remain nonrefundable. If Kravin’ Kakes must cancel, all payments will be refunded and store credit will be provided.
Pickup & transport
Orders not collected within two hours of the agreed pickup time are considered forfeited. Customers are responsible for safe transportation after pickup; storage and transport instructions are provided.
Design variations
Inspiration photos guide the design but are not duplicated exactly. Colors, decorations, placement, and handmade details may vary slightly.
Delivery & setup
Pickup is available in Toledo. Delivery and setup are available by arrangement and quoted according to distance and order needs.
Allergen notice
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. No product can be guaranteed allergen-free.
